中信兄弟隊周思齊，昨天敲出個人本季第12轟，目前以65分打點居聯盟打點王，為去年同時期的兩倍。周思齊笑說，「這代表我有進步空間」，球隊上壘率、打擊率高，製造打點的機會就高，加上球團讓選手無後顧之憂打球，「想不成長都難」。
周思齊去年打完51場比賽，總計31分打點，目前為止生涯單季最多打點的2012年，同時期則拿下33分打點；但本季開打至昨天賽前，周思齊打點數已累積63分，是過去同時期打點兩倍，加上昨天兩分砲，獨居聯盟打點王。
打點上面的好成績，周思齊歸功於團隊的進步、球團的用心，兄弟昨天賽前團隊打擊率3成38、長打率更高達5成31，「因為團隊的成長、大家都在進步」。
周思齊也點出，林智勝的加入，除了提升戰力外，他的合約平均月薪達100萬元，這對選手也起了激勵作用，「過去是恰哥（彭政閔），他進來突破了那個薪資天花板，公司給得起，你想不想拿？」有了一個目標，大家也會更努力。
